How do I report a bug or issue with one of your apps?
Email us at support@newwayus.com with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful and speed up our resolution time significantly.
What information should I include in my support request?
Please include: (1) the app or service name, (2) a clear description of the issue, (3) your device type and operating system version, (4) steps you took before the issue occurred, and (5) any error messages displayed. The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.
Do you offer dedicated support for enterprise clients?

How can I request a new feature for one of your apps?

How do I get a refund for an app purchase?
App purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. You can request a refund directly through the store.
